The transformation document of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution, which has been compiled with a close look at the current capacities in the field of culture and considerations in various cultural fields and with a deep understanding of the country's cultural and social conditions, influenced by new technologies, transnational culture and global communication was approved.
The members of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution convened in a meeting chaired by Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi on Tuesday evening, which lasted three and a half hours, and finalised the transformation document of the council.
The transformation document of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution was compiled during 20 sessions of the expert committee, and the members of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution spent 7 sessions reviewing and approving it.
This document, which has been finalised in the form of four chapters, first of all integrates the course of the council and in the second place, clearly regulates the relations between the council with the three branches and the executive apparatus.
The last agenda of today's meeting of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution was a review of the resolutions of the council on the subject of university students' assessment and admission.
