SCCR Approves Mechanisms to Keep the Elite at Home, to Help Iranian Elite Worldwide Return

The Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution has approved mechanisms to support, recruit, and keep the elite at home while paving the way for the return of Iranian elite worldwide to their motherland, and to ease presence of the elite from Muslim nations in the country.
