At the meeting of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution, the establishment of a national centre for child education and management of day care centres was approved.
Based on the decision, it was decided that the responsibility for various areas of planning, management and monitoring and evaluation of day care centres will be delegated to the Ministry of Education.
The Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution also approved a single article stipulating that the Plan and Budget Organisation should have a representative on the board of trustees of universities.
